Team Attrition - A 7-man Intermediate / Division 3 Paintball Team
Winter 06/07 - Major updates. Attrition has reformed as a 7-man division 3 / intermediate team. We have picked up new players, and have practiced (and already beat) some of the best teams in New England during our practice sessions. Team Attrition will certainly be a name other 7-man teams will know at the end of this season! ------- 7/31/06 - The team is focusing on practice and teamwork to prepare for the 4th event of the season. NPPL Boston was a ton of fun, and we look forward to competing at the national level next year at NPPL Boston! 5/15/06 - The 2nd event has come and gone! Attrition took 3rd of 34 teams this event. Congratulations to Attrition for our first top 4 finish. Many more to come! 4/18/06 - The new season is apon us. Attrition played the first event of 06, and took 7th of the 40 teams there. All in all, it was a great event with great results for our time in and experience. The team has all new players again this year, so we'll be updating the roster soon! ------ 7/10/05 - Team Attrition takes 5th at the NEPL. The team played excellent all day, and although we had some bad luck in the semi-finals with a bad call, we look forward to the next event. 5/31/05 - The team has undergone some huge changes. First, we've lost a few players. Ken has moved onto other interests, John was "lent" out for the 2nd event of the 2004 season and decided to stay with that team (who went on to take 3rd for the season). Nate decided to join the army, and although still occasionally plays, is taking a hiatus from paintball. The team collectively chose not to play the 3rd event of 2004, and it was quickly realized the team would not be back together for the end of 2004. Between the 2nd and 4th event, Joe and Alex got to know another novice NEPL team called the Young bloods who we occasionally practiced with, and Alex and Joe played with the Young bloods for the 4th and 5th events. After talking extensively with Corey and Lee of the young bloods, the team decided they could create a new competitive team by picking up the remaining members of Attrition and Trevor, Joe and Alex joined with Corey and Lee and created the new team: Asylum. After the 2nd event, Asylum has chosen to switch it's name back to Attrition. In addition to the 5, we've picked up another former Attrition player, Ryan, and another younger player, Eric. So, the primary 5 with 2 alternates will be the players for Team Attrition over events 3, 4 and 5. ------- 4/23/04 - The videos will be down for a short time. The IT Department shut my account off because of bandwidth issues. : / I will hopefully be addressing the problem shortly! 4/12/04 - A familiar face rejoins the roster! Look for Alex Lescarte to begin coming to Practices, as well as playing with us for the Canobie 6/6/04 Event! 4/11/04 - Team Attrition picks up a new sponsor!
